How does a partnership work?

Cities, nonprofits, employers, developers, and faith-based organizations can partner with Ideal on housing-and-workforce pilots. Partners typically contribute land, approvals, infrastructure, resident referrals, funding, and local coordination. Ideal contributes training, supervision, production planning, student work-based learning, outcome tracking, and workforce placement support.

Why tiny homes for partnerships?

Housing capacity and skilled workers, from one project

Tiny homes can help communities create flexible housing capacity more quickly than traditional development when the right land, zoning, permitting, infrastructure, and service partnerships are in place. Ideal combines housing production with workforce training so every project creates both housing units and skilled workers.
